TAMARA “Tiara” BORBON BIOGRAPHY
Born and educated in England, I spent much of my time abroad travelling with my Polish father Prince Adan Czartoryski-Borbon, and Italian mother, Nora De Picciotto, who worked as a model and in public relations on many international films. Following in my father’s footsteps, and his sporting achievements in Formula Three Racing and Karate I left school to pursue a career in show jumping, competing internationally.
After graduating college in Boston, I moved to Madrid to study Spanish and begin my career in modelling. When i returned to England in 2003 my horse riding abilities put her in high demand for riding extras in major films. This and her many other sporting abilities, snowboarding, snow-skiing, water-skiing, skydiving and kick boxing, led to presenting a variety of TV entertainment shows. I am also the ambassador for the Wildlife Heritage Foundation and actively involved in the family business The Czartoryski Museum which boasts some of the world’s finest art collections.
I also competed in Channel 4’s hugely popular The Games where her determination and enthusiasm shone through. After three months of intensive training and seven days competing I walked away with bronze medal. I am currently training vigorously for the 2006 London Marathon in which I will be sponsored by Vittel, and am extremely excited about future projects.
