KERRI GUINEY

I was born in London Bridge, South East London, on the 20th May 1986. Raised single- handedly by my mum as an only child, I really enjoyed sports in school especially athletics and cross country which were my favourites.  I was all set to go to university to study a BSc in Sports Science or Physiotherapy after college that was until a well-known photographer spotted a picture of me on the internet and asked me to test for Page 3 of The Sun.  I didn't really know about the modelling world, I was intrigued it was my friends that persuaded me to go for it!  I joined an established modelling agency and work picked up for me, this is when I began modelling full time! I really enjoy modelling, I've got a good head on my shoulders and I'll never become pretentious, I'll always stay true to my roots!

When I was told that I had got the boxing casting I was really excited, I love keeping fit and I'm a bit of a nutter and enjoy a bit of a ruck, this was a way to do it constructively! I found it hard to grasp the technique at first and having a 4 week holiday during training when we got to Tenerife my technique wasn't up to scratch with the other girls, I cant just run in all crazy and batter someone as that doesn’t get points, so I've been trying hard to get the technique, I'm looking forward to see how I can do!

A word to describe myself, I'm a total contradiction, in everything!
